Welcome to Camera-Pan Events. These terms and conditions outline the rules and regulations for the use of our services, including the purchase of Event Packages and video footage. By accessing or using our platform, you agree to comply with these terms. Please read them carefully before making any purchases.

By purchasing an Event Package or any video footage, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms.
1. ACCEPTANCE OF TERMS

By accessing or using Camera-Pan Events, you acknowledge that you have read, understood, and agreed to be bound by these terms and conditions. If you do not agree with any part of these terms, please refrain from using our services or making any purchases.

These terms constitute a legally binding agreement between you and Camera-Pan Limited. Your continued use of our platform following any updates to these terms will constitute your acceptance of such changes.

2. EVENT PACKAGE REFUND POLICY

2.1 Refund Eligibility

Event Packages are eligible for a full refund (less administrative fees) up until 7 days before the scheduled event date. After this 7-day window has passed, all sales are final and no refunds will be issued.

2.2 Administrative Fee

Important: A 3% administrative fee applies to all refunds.

In the event that a refund is granted under any circumstances, please note that a 3% administrative fee will be deducted from the total refund amount. This fee covers payment processing costs and administrative overhead.

2.3 Refund Timeline

  • More than 7 days before event: Eligible for refund (less 3% admin fee)
  • 7 days or less before event: No refunds available
  • After event has started: No refunds under any circumstances

2.4 Exceptional Circumstances

Refunds granted outside of the standard policy due to exceptional circumstances will be handled on a case-by-case basis at the sole discretion of Camera-Pan. The 3% administrative fee will still apply to any approved exceptional refunds.

2.5 Complimentary Live Streaming

Live streaming is offered as a complimentary bonus with Event Package purchases.

Camera-Pan may offer complimentary live streaming access as an added benefit with certain Event Package purchases. This live streaming service is provided purely as a bonus feature at no additional cost and is not a guaranteed component of your purchase.

No refunds, credits, or compensation will be issued in relation to complimentary live streaming for any reason, including but not limited to:

  • Technical difficulties or interruptions during the live stream
  • Stream quality issues (buffering, resolution, latency)
  • Inability to access the live stream
  • Partial or complete stream outages
  • Stream cancellation or unavailability
  • Any other issues related to the live streaming service

By purchasing an Event Package that includes complimentary live streaming, you acknowledge and accept that the live streaming component is provided "as is" without any warranty or guarantee of availability, quality, or performance. The primary value of your purchase is the recorded game footage, and live streaming is offered solely as an additional courtesy.

3. WEATHER-RELATED POLICIES

3.1 Cancelled Events Due to Weather

In the event that gameplay is cancelled due to weather conditions, Camera-Pan will provide credits to customers who made advance purchases for matches that did not start. Customers must submit a written request within 7 days of the event's conclusion to be eligible for credits.

3.2 Shortened Matches

No refunds or credits will be issued for shortened matches.

Camera-Pan cannot control the duration of matches. Once a match begins, regardless of its length, it is deemed to have been completed in full. No refunds or credits will be provided for matches that are shortened for any reason.

3.3 Weather Exposure and Recording Conditions

Tournaments and events are recorded under limited infrastructure and may be exposed to the elements. While Camera-Pan will take reasonable precautions to protect recordings from weather-related issues, incidental occurrences such as rain on the lens may occur.

No refunds or credits will be granted for weather-related incidents if the gameplay remains viewable, as determined solely by Camera-Pan. Any concerns must be submitted in writing within 7 days of receiving the game footage and should include specific timestamps for reference.

4. MATCHES FILMED BY ARTIFICIAL INTELLIGENCE

Some matches may be recorded using artificial intelligence tracking systems. The following policies apply to AI-recorded content:

4.1 Panoramic Backup Available

Any matches recorded using artificial intelligence where concerns are raised about the failure to track gameplay shall not be eligible for a refund if a panoramic backup of the match footage is provided to the customer. If the gameplay is captured in the panorama and can be manually edited out by the user, it is considered captured and delivered, making it ineligible for a refund or credit.

4.2 No Panoramic Backup Available

If a panoramic backup is not available, refunds or credits will be at the full discretion of Camera-Pan and will be evaluated on a case-by-case basis.

5. QUALITY CONCERN REFUND POLICY

5.1 Submission Requirements

Any quality concerns regarding the film must be submitted in writing to Camera-Pan. The submission must include:

  • The specific match or matches in question
  • A minimum of two exact timestamps from each match for Camera-Pan staff to review
  • A clear articulation of the nature of your concern

Camera-Pan staff will not simply "watch and see for themselves," as reviewing footage can be subjective and varies from person to person. Quality assessments will be handled on a case-by-case basis, with determinations made at the sole discretion of Camera-Pan.

5.2 Ineligibility Conditions

Under no circumstances will any match be eligible for a refund or credit if:
  • 14 days have passed since the conclusion of the event
  • 14 days have passed since the delivery date of the game footage to the consumer
  • The file has been fully downloaded, in snippets, or as generated clips

5.3 Time Limit for Quality Concerns

Any quality concerns regarding a match must be submitted within 72 hours of the first viewing of the delivered game file. All downloads and viewings will be verified through backend system logs of user interaction.

5.4 Non-Valid Quality Concerns

The following concerns will not be considered valid quality issues:

  • Jersey numbers not visible: Camera-Pan has no control over the size, location, or contrast of numbers on a team's uniform
  • Footage being "too zoomed out": The delivered product is a raw, unedited version; users can digitally zoom in and enhance footage during their viewing/editing process

The primary purpose of these recordings is to aid in the creation of athletic recruiting reels, which necessitates wider-angle filming to capture player formations. If the recording clearly depicts player formations from a "coaching X's and O's perspective" relevant to the sport recorded, demonstrating the full scope, development, and execution of plays, no refunds will be issued.

Recommendation: We recommend adding an isolation effect or graphic during the editing process to highlight the specific athlete in highlight reels.
6. USAGE RESTRICTIONS ON VIDEO FOOTAGE PURCHASES

Your acquisition of video footage grants you a personal, non-transferable, non-assignable, royalty-free, revocable, limited, and temporary license ("License") to utilize our footage in accordance with these Terms. The extent of your License is defined by the type of video purchase you make.

6.1 Single User License

For all video footage purchases that are not Team Game Film Packages, Camera-Pan provides you with a Single User License. This Single User License is a non-transferable and non-exclusive right to use the video footage.

What You CAN Do:
  • Stream entire games online for personal viewing
  • Download each purchased game
  • Edit downloaded clips for personal use
  • Use footage for personal, non-commercial internal purposes
  • Create highlight reels for yourself or your child (if you are a parent, guardian, relative, or friend)
What You CANNOT Do:
  • Allow any third party to use footage for commercial purposes, public display, sale, or rental
  • Share footage with any other athlete on your or your child's team
  • Create highlight reels or promotional content for any athlete other than yourself or your child
  • Make footage publicly accessible and downloadable on any video platform
  • Upload to mass distribution sites including but not limited to: YouTube, Vimeo, Hudl, NCSA, Dropbox, Hightail, Google Drive, Sports Recruits, or similar sites
  • Allow third-party companies to edit or reuse footage in highlight reels without explicit written consent from Camera-Pan
Unauthorized sharing constitutes a violation of the Single User License terms.

6.2 Multi-User License (Team Packages)

For purchasers of Team Packages, Camera-Pan offers a Multi-User License. This license is subject to the same terms as the Single User License, with the following exception:

Footage may be shared and utilized by every member athlete of the purchasing team.

Team Packages are the only products that come with a Multi-User License and provide access to download the full game files for team-wide use.

6.3 License Agreement Activation

This agreement will take effect upon purchasing footage through any of the following methods:

  • Our website
  • Electronic invoice
  • In person at an event
  • Placing an order over the phone with our internal staff

6.4 Copyright Notice

This right to use the footage constitutes a license, not a transfer of ownership.

Our video footage is the copyrighted property of Camera-Pan, which reserves all rights under state and federal law to enforce the terms of your License. You are fully responsible for all content that you upload, post, or transmit, whether personally or through a third-party source related to a specific team.

If you experience any technical difficulties or have concerns regarding your purchase, please reach out to our support team. We are here to assist you and will do our best to resolve any issues promptly.

8. INTELLECTUAL PROPERTY

8.1 Camera-Pan Content

All video footage, recordings, and content produced by Camera-Pan remain the intellectual property of Camera-Pan Limited. Purchases grant you a license to use the content as outlined in Section 6, but do not transfer ownership rights.

8.2 User-Generated Content

Users are solely responsible for any content they create using Camera-Pan footage, including highlight reels and edited clips. Such content must comply with the license terms and all applicable laws and regulations.

8.3 Trademarks

The Camera-Pan name, logo, and all related names, logos, product and service names, designs, and slogans are trademarks of Camera-Pan Limited. You must not use such marks without our prior written permission.

9. PROHIBITED ACTIVITIES

9.1 Unlawful Use

You shall not use Camera-Pan Events for any unlawful purpose or in violation of these terms and conditions. This includes, but is not limited to, transmitting any content that is illegal, harmful, threatening, abusive, harassing, defamatory, obscene, or otherwise objectionable.

9.2 Interference

You shall not attempt to interfere with or disrupt the proper functioning of the platform or its associated servers, networks, or infrastructure. Any unauthorized access, tampering, or hacking attempts are strictly prohibited.

9.3 Unauthorized Distribution

Sharing, selling, or distributing purchased footage in violation of your license terms is strictly prohibited and may result in legal action.

9.4 Fraudulent Activity

Any attempts to fraudulently obtain refunds, credits, or services, including misrepresentation of facts or manipulation of our systems, is prohibited and may result in account termination and legal action.

10. LIMITATION OF LIABILITY

Camera-Pan Limited shall not be held liable for any losses or damages arising out of the use or inability to use our platform or services. This includes, but is not limited to:

  • Direct, indirect, incidental, consequential, or punitive damages
  • Loss of data or content
  • Technical failures or interruptions beyond our reasonable control
  • Weather-related impacts on recordings as described in Section 3
  • AI tracking performance as described in Section 4
  • Any third-party actions or content

In no event shall Camera-Pan's total liability exceed the amount you paid for the specific product or service giving rise to the claim.

11. INDEMNIFICATION

You agree to indemnify, defend, and hold harmless Camera-Pan Limited, its officers, directors, employees, agents, and affiliates from and against any claims, liabilities, damages, losses, costs, or expenses (including reasonable legal fees) arising out of or in any way connected with:

  • Your access to or use of our services
  • Your violation of these terms and conditions
  • Your violation of any third-party rights, including intellectual property rights
  • Any content you create, upload, or distribute using our footage
12. PRIVACY AND DATA PROTECTION

Your privacy is important to us. Our collection, use, and protection of your personal information is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using our services, you consent to our data practices as described in our Privacy Policy.

Please note that we maintain backend system logs of user interactions, including downloads and viewings, which may be used to verify compliance with these terms and to process quality concern claims.

13. MODIFICATIONS AND TERMINATION

13.1 Modifications to Terms

Camera-Pan Limited reserves the right to modify these terms and conditions at any time. We will notify users of significant changes by posting a notice on our website. It is your responsibility to review these terms periodically for any changes. Your continued use of our services following any modifications constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

13.2 Service Modifications

Camera-Pan Limited reserves the right to modify, suspend, or terminate the platform or any part thereof, at any time and without prior notice.

13.3 Account Termination

We may terminate or suspend your access to our services immediately, without prior notice or liability, for any reason, including if you breach these terms. Upon termination, your right to use our services will immediately cease.

14. DISPUTE RESOLUTION

14.1 Informal Resolution

Before initiating any formal dispute resolution process, you agree to first contact Camera-Pan directly to attempt to resolve any dispute informally. Most concerns can be quickly resolved through our customer support team.

14.2 Governing Law

These terms and conditions shall be governed by and construed in accordance with the laws of the jurisdiction in which Camera-Pan Limited operates, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
