Frequently Asked Questions

How long does it take to receive the video footage?

All footage is usually sent within 21 days or less from the ENDING point of the event. The number of games filmed in a weekend may affect the turnaround time.

Can I watch the stream on multiple devices?

You can watch on any device (PC, laptop, tablet, phone, Smart TV). However, only one device can be logged in at a time using the same code. Logging in on a new device will log out the previous one.

Is my payment secure?

Yes! All payments are processed securely through Stripe, which is PCI-certified to the highest level. Your payment information is never stored on our servers.

What is the highlight reel?

Camera-Pan Highlight Reels are personalized highlights for players. After receiving your footage, you can purchase a highlight package for $99 and submit up to 15 plays to be included in your custom highlight film.
